An Android app helping high-school and early university students understand how to study rational functions.
FUNCTIONS
Numerator and denominator with a maximum degree of two.
INPUT
Function coefficients entered by the student.
Function analysis and graphing
Starting from the coefficients, the app shows intermediate steps and results: domain, symmetry, intercepts, sign, and asymptotes.
The graph lets students explore the function and visualize the area associated with a definite integral. The app helps them understand the process and check the results of exercises completed by hand.
